Before using our service(Provider) you(User's) must read our
regulation by carefully and have to agree and must do on our
regulation as below:.

This is a free service provided that you agree that your web
site conforms to the following standards:
- User's
content must comply in a manner consistent with any and
all applicable laws of the State of California and the US
Federal Government.
- User's
web site must not contain content promoting the use of illegal
drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form
of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism,
mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity, warez
or protected by copyright reserved of each country.
If your Web site does not conform to these standards, you
are not eligible for this service.
2. Our service for free. The user's cannot earn the money
or lose profit, commercially.
3. THE PROVIDER SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE"
BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY
REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE
BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT
TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR
DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
4. We will not provide service to all user's who has not done
accordingly to the regulations (terms of service). If found,
we will terminate your account without notice. The websites
which are adjusted after registration and do not follow our
TOS will also be concerned as above. If your account is a
banner-off account, termination due to your violation will
certainly not let you get the service-fee back.
5.You
acknowledge that our staffs do not pre-screen or pre-check
the content of members's websites, so we are not under any
responsibility for contents or actions of the websites using
our service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all
risks associated with, including any reliance on the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of such those websites. Anyway,
we shall have the right to remove or terminate any membership
that violates the terms
of service,
if informed and/or found.
6 . We (provider) will not take any responsibility on all
the problems that effect your website, the technical problem
and our service error. |
