Wow! My DH and I just noticed this place while driving to another restaurant. We decided to stop in to your place instead. Are we ever glad we did! Great food, great service, and great prices! We will be back before we have to go back to Illinois. We have recommended you to all the other folks at our RV Park. Thanks for the great place to eat!

My wife and I first went to Hunt´s in late June of 1980. I had three dozen raw with a bottle of Miller High Life beer. My wife had peel and eat shrimp with a Pepsi. That was in the old location that had all the business cards on the wall. We have been one time since then and that was in the mid nineties. Only those two times and yet, for us, your restaurant is the most revered place to eat oysters on the gulf coast. We lived in Arkansas the first time we were there and we now live in Milton, Florida. We are looking forward, with excitement, to when we can get over there again. We are so sad that you are not in the building when we were there in 1980 because sitting in the booth in that place was as good as the taste of those wonderful oysters and beer.

Randy,
We were at your place last weekend and had a wonderful time. i work at Northeast Ga Medical Center where i met George Stallings he is the one that told us about your place. We really enjoyed the oysters. A woman here in Ga died after eating oysters and we were very worried about eating them but we did and we´re fine. Thanks for the great food, the great service and great fun. We hope to come back very soon and eat again. also do you own the one in dothin? Were only 3 hours from there. thanks again/ Johnna Cole

It was GREAT to get over to Hunt´s again this trip to FL - the oysters, shrimp & crab legs are AWESOME. The Cajun/Jalapeno Baked were my favorite - with some cold Bud Lite´s of course.

It was also nice to see my friend Christie - It´s been a long time. Keep up the good work - Can´t wait for my next visit.

Jennifer

We had my Birthday Oysters at Hunts on the 18th of July. They were delicious as always. We live in Acworth GA but visit my brother on the beach. When I found Hunts had been rebuilt I was very happy, couldn´t wait to go eat those Oysters on the half shell. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could have found an early postcard of Hunt´s Oyster Bar for my Panama City postcard book that came out in 2005. It would have fit nicely in the chapter about St. Andrews. But it´s still the best oyster bar in town!

Randy made my Dad´s Father´s Day! My Dad loves Hunt´s but he has been laid up at home since March after heart surgery. I live in Utah and couldn´t be there for Father´s Day but wanted it to be special for Dad...I called Randy and he went to my Dad´s house with an oyster lunch, complete with cold beer! Dad says that it was the best Father´s Day EVER! THANKS RANDY for making my Dad´s day very special!

Just wanted you to know we´ll be down from Louisville in a month. I´ve heard nothin´ but great things about Hunts and I hope you have a whole mess of those succulent bi-valves for me come July. Smilin Joe has been a staunch advocate of coming to your restaurant and recommends it as the best in all of FLORIDA! I think he deserves a free cold beer (or two) for his efforts and for steering us to the best oysters around!. Until then, keep Shuckin´! KOE

Are you still open? Where exactly? For the last several years we moved from your original location to the place downtown and then noticed it had a different name. We always went out of our way to eat at your restaurant - let me know where you are now!

What a great place for seafood! Definately worth a visit each time we are in PCB. Our whole family of 12 loved it! We will make a return trip next year on our family vacation. The meals are plentiful and worth sharing. Great oysters!!

Ask oysterman to go to google and find info on Levitron´s for PaPa. This may be the neatest invention since the oyster knife. Also get one and see if you can float an oyster in the air.
