A: If you want to change your account info you can Login and go to the Change profile or if you want to delete your account please write email to support@cgi2you.com and the body content your account name and password.

Q: What should I do if I can't find the answer to my problem?

Q: How to reset or change the Number Counter ?
A: First of all, you have to log in and go to Fancy Counter. Click to Set Number and then you can put zero(0) number to reset or any number you want it to start counting at.

Q: I've already copied the code onto my webpage but only the code is shown, not the Counter I need to do?
A: The code is shown because your tool has changed the Tag HTML to the encode Tag. You have to recopy the code to HTML source code with Notepad and it will work out well.

Q: Is it possible to use more than one Counter ?
A: It's so easy. You only have to sign up again and you will get another one.

Q: What does it mean when the 'X' replaces my Counter ?
A: This case can happen when a huge number of our Counters are working at the same time, in the prime time. Any way, the Counter is still reliably going on counting. Please wait for a while and it will return to normal status.
